This 10ml bottle is a non diluted blend of our Vitality oils.  A couple of drops can be added to a bath when you feel bunged up or coming down with a cold, to an oil burner when feeling tired and in need of energy, to a tissue and inhaled, to a bowl of steaming water and inhaled when feeling congested, or to an aroma diffuser.  As this is an undiluted essential oil blend it must NOT be applied neat to the skin.
