Postage and packing charges

Free UK delivery when you spend over £50.

UK Standard Delivery cost £4 for orders under £50.

Orders to EUROPE:

Free delivery when you spend over £100
£15 delivery charge for orders under £100

Orders to "The Rest of the World" are Price on request Prior to Order. Please get in touch so we can give you a quote.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for any UK deliveries and and 5 to 12 working days for any overseas deliveries. We are not currently able to offer next day service but if a purchase is urgent please contact us at hello@shesellscornwall.com and we will do our best to help.

Once your order has successfully been placed you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.

CLICK & COLLECT
You can choose to collect your online order in store for FREE, 7 days per week. All Click and Collect orders will be available to collect from our Mevagissey Store, East Quay,PL266QQ, MEVAGISSEY.

When collecting, please bring along your order details, including the order number.

ORDER RELATED QUERIES

My order has not arrived, where is it?
If your order has not reached you within the estimated delivery period, it could be for the following reasons:

• Royal Mail has experienced a delay
• Royal Mail has made a delivery attempt and has left you a calling card
• Your parcel has been left with a neighbour
• Your parcel has been left in a safe place that you have specified when you placed your order
